I saw an interview with the guy and his lawyers on the Today Show, and they asked the lawyer if Taster's Choice had "any grounds for an appeal...I guess 'grounds' is an interesting word to use in this situation," to which the lawyer responded, "Well maybe freeze-dried ones." :)
